Workers' Compensation & Injury Management CoordinatorLittle Zak's Academy is a privately owned, family‐run early childhood education provider located in Ryde, NSW.
The role is full‐time, office‐based, Monday to Friday and involves coordinating workers' compensation claims and return‐to‐work programmes across the Academy's network of centres.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all workers' compensation and injury management processes from injury notification to claim closure.Act as the primary liaison between Little Zak's Academy and Marsh, ensuring efficient claim progression.Collaborate with Centre Directors, Area Managers and operational leaders to support injured employees throughout the claims process.Develop and implement suitable duties and return‐to‐work plans in consultation with employees, managers and treating practitioners.Monitor claim progress, follow up on outstanding actions and minimise delays.Ensure all incident reports, claim documentation and medical certificates are completed accurately and submitted on time.Maintain confidential records of workers' compensation claims and injury management activities.Prepare reports on claim status, injury trends, return‐to‐work outcomes and key performance indicators.Identify opportunities to improve injury‐management processes and reduce claim duration.Provide guidance and support to leaders on workers' compensation and injury‐management procedures.Ensure compliance with NSW workers' compensation legislation,

$1,000 referral bonus.EAP (Sonder) for confidential wellbeing support.QualificationsPrevious experience in workers' compensation, injury management, return‐to‐work, HR, WHS or insurance claims.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent organisational and time‐management skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate confidential records.Experience working with insurers, brokers or claims administrators.Experience with Marsh highly regarded.Problem‐solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.Knowledge of NSW workers' compensation legislation and return‐to‐work practices highly desirable.Return‐to‐Work Coordinator certification advantageous but not essential.Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Child Safety CommitmentLittle Zak's Academy is a Child Safe Organisation.
