About the role
Compassionate Care Partners' is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Bundaberg, QLD.
This is a casual position, providing personalised care and support to Individuals living with disabilities in the local community.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the people we support and empower them to live independently.
What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, Enteral Feeding, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and social engagement to help reduce social isolation and promote mental wellbeing
Supporting Individuals with accessing the community and participation in recreational activities of choice
Documenting Individual progress and communicating any changes or concerns to the care team
Adhering to all organisational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
Previous experience in aged care, disability support, nursing, or a similar care-oriented role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with individuals




A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others
Patience, empathy, and a caring nature
A solid commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, are preferred
