About The Role
Reporting to the Retail Planner, you will provide administrative support in the purchasing, planning and inventory process across multiple categories for our Tommy Hilfiger retail stores, in particular with allocations and replenishment of stock to stores.
You will facilitate a quick turnaround from identifying allocation trend opportunities, to delivery of the product to the selling floor, ensuring all orders are accurately processed and deliveries are made on time.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street ****, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Order processing - maintaining data, creation and allocation of replenishment orders and daily maintenance of stock to stores
Sales analysis - identify markdowns, store transfers, margin management and prepare stock on hand reports, including recommendations
Store communication - monitor deliveries, stock requests and respond to store queries and communications
System maintenance across multiple systems ensuring all changes are correct and up to date
Admin duties - updating the promotional calendar and communications, ad hoc reporting/tasks as required
Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar role supporting a retail buying and/or planning team within the retail apparel industry
1-2 years demonstrated allocations experience
Previous experience using Epicor, SAP, MapleLake and/or Qlikview preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular with Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work and think under pressure with competing tasks and problem solving
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow-up tasks
Sound numerical and analytical skills
