In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to help deliver solutions that improve how clients manage their assets, business processes, and organisational change.Our Advisory team partners with clients to enhance business performance through integrated asset and information management, as well as risk and reliability improvement services.
As a graduate, you'll contribute to a range of projects across sectors such as Transport, Defence and Water, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and building your technical and consulting skills.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development of business processes and change management initiatives related to strategic asset managementParticipate in site inspectionsand condition assessments of a range of assetsDevelop material testing specifications for both current and existing assetsSupport the durability design for projects to achieve design lifePractice performance and reliability-based durability design of materialsDrive the application of sustainable materials, such as lower carbon concreteDevelop repair, remediation and rehabilitation solutions for assetsContribute to the preparation of key asset management documents such as Asset Maintenance Plans, Lifecycle Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP)Support the delivery of strategic and technical advice to clientsAssist in the development of maintenance, operational and capital works programsContribute to whole-of-life asset management solutions for clientsGraduate Program OffersGraduate Introduction:
