Ongoing, full-time opportunity in Melbourne CBDHelp contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals leading to greater community safetySalary band of $91,971 - $98,955 plus superannuationCommunity Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practicesthat reduce reoffendingandconnect individuals toprograms,servicesand community.
CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.About the roleCase Managers in the Court Practice stream are responsible for applying evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending.
This role is required to utilise case management practices to actively engage individuals and ensure responsive, targeted interventions to assist in reducing their risk of reoffending.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behaviourMotivate and influence individuals in the case management processProduce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelinesMonitor individual's compliance against order requirementsAbout youdemonstrates assertiveness and confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behavioursBuilds positive working relationships and enjoys working in a small,
