I'm partnering with an established Integrated marketing agency looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their Melbourne team.Working across a portfolio of primarily B2B clients, you'll manage integrated digital campaigns spanning social, content and paid media.
If you're looking for consumer retail or eCommerce brands, this probably isn't the role for you.You'll be the day-to-day contact for your clients, managing projects from brief through to delivery, coordinating internal teams, presenting campaign recommendations and ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Along the way, you'll identify opportunities to add value, strengthen client relationships and contribute ideas that drive better business outcomes.What You'll Be Doing:Managing day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of clientsCoordinating integrated digital campaigns from briefing through to deliveryCollaborating with creative, content and digital specialistsSupporting activity across social media, paid campaigns and digital marketingReviewing campaign performance and providing recommendationsPreparing presentations,



reports and client communicationsManaging multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines are maintainedBuilding trusted relationships with both clients and colleaguesWhat You'll Have:4+ years' experience in an agency Account Management or Digital Account Management roleExperience managing multiple clients and stakeholdersStrong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and paid campaignsExposure to platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google AdsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSomeone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and is comfortable working autonomouslyA collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for delivering great client outcomesIf you're looking for a role where you can build long-term client relationships, work across a diverse mix of projects and continue growing your career within an agency workplace, I'd love to hear from you.
