About The Role
Reporting to the Store Development Project Manager, this is a hands-on, production-focused role where precision and pace matter equally.
Whether you're looking for part time or full-time hours, we're flexible - what matters most is the quality of your craft.
A day in the life
As a JOINER / CABINET MAKER, your daily tasks may include:
Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry and joinery products to specificationInterpreting plans and preparing cutting lists for each jobMeasuring, cutting, routing, gluing,



and assembling timber components with precisionOperating CNC, panel saw and other workshop machinery safely Ensuring accurate alignment, fitting, and finishing across all joinery workWorking collaboratively with the broader team to meet deadlines
About You
The ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:
Proven experience in joinery or cabinetrySound knowledge of woodworking techniques and materialsPrevious experience using panel saw, edge banders and CNC machinesProficiency in using hand tools and power toolsDemonstrable ability to read and interpret plansStrong problem solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
