We're looking for a Clinical Governance Administrator to join our Health Services team in a role that sits at the heart of our Clinical Governance function.
Working closely with the Clinical Governance Manager, you'll play a critical role in coordinating governance activities that support the delivery of safe, high-quality dental and optical services.This is more than an administration role - it's an opportunity to become a key coordinator of compliance,
quality improvement and accreditation activities across the business.What you'll be doingAs Our Clinical Governance Administrator You Will Provide High-level Administrative And Coordination Support Across a Broad Range Of Governance Activities, IncludingCoordinating clinical governance programs, audits and compliance activitiesSupporting accreditation preparation and maintaining audit readinessTracking actions, follow-ups and compliance deadlines to ensure governance activities stay on scheduleMaintaining governance registers, records and controlled documentationPreparing reports, audit summaries and governance information for reviewCoordinating policy and procedure updates, version control and document managementSupporting risk reporting, quality improvement initiatives and governance projectsAssisting with governance communications, intranet updates and document distributionYou'll become the central point that keeps governance processes organised, accurate and running efficiently.About YouYou'll be a highly organised coordinator who enjoys managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.You'll BringExperience in an administration, coordination or project support roleOutstanding organisational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracyStrong written communication and document preparation skillsConfidence working with data, reports and document management systemsThe ability to build positive working relationships across a variety of teamsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word,
Excel and OutlookExperience within healthcare, quality, compliance, accreditation or clinical governance will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
