Others promise support, only to leave you managing everything on your own.This opportunity is different.We're partnering with a highly regarded boutique Melbourne law firm that has built a strong reputation through exceptional client service, long-standing relationships, and a genuinely supportive team culture.With continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their close-knit team.The RoleYou will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement, working with a loyal client base and supported by experienced legal professionals and administration staff.Your responsibilities will include:Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to settlementPreparing contracts, Section 32 Statements and transfer documentationCoordinating PEXA settlementsLiaising with clients, agents, brokers and financial institutionsConducting title and property searchesManaging critical dates and ensuring smooth progression of mattersProviding exceptional client service throughout the transaction processAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
you will have:Previous experience as a Conveyancer within a law firm or conveyancing practiceStrong knowledge of Victorian conveyancing proceduresExperience managing matters independently from start to finishLEAP experience (essential)Excellent communication and client relationship skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilityA proactive and positive approach to your workWhat's On Offer?
