The Leisure Company is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered provider for NDIS.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting participants to maximise their NDIS plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.
The Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting NDIS participants to understand, implement, and maximise their NDIS plans.
The role focuses on building participant capacity, connecting them with appropriate supports and services, and ensuring coordinated service delivery aligned with participant goals
Essential Attributes:
Have a robust understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its skilled guidelines and how Support Coordination works within the scheme.
Comment on your previous experience of Support Coordination
Excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills including the ability to build a rapport and establish effective relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
Strong computer skills and the capacity to work with systems developed internally.
Demonstrates well developed organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
to enhance a positive workplace culture.
Demonstrated ability to engage participants and provide a professional and ethical service promoting choice and control.
Ability to solve problems moderate to complex issues using knowledge and judgement skills.
Demonstrate your experience linking and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to establish effective partnerships.
Provide evidence of your NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) and Working with Children Check

What we offer you:
38 hours a week Monday - Friday 12 month Limited Term Contract with possibility of extension
Remuneration range: to 90,00- 99,000 plus superannuation
