Lead the day-to-day operations of the Collingwood Football Club merchandise storeDrive sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experienceRecruit,



train, coach and develop team membersManage staff rostering, supervision and task allocationOversee inventory management, stock control and visual merchandising standardsSupport banking, cash handling and reporting proceduresEnsure the store is presented to the highest standard at all timesMaintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirementsSupport match-day and event operations as requiredMore About YouPrevious experience in a retail leadership role, ideally as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalentProven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve resultsStrong operational retail management experience, including stock control and cash handlingExcellent communication and customer service skillsA hands‐on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environmentUnderstanding of workplace health and safety requirementsFlexibility to work weekends and varied hours in line with AFL fixtures and club eventsThe application period will close on 17/08/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
