National Workforce is partnering with a leading distributor to source a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for their Charmhaven facility. This position will initially commence on a casual basis, offering a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

In this crucial role, you will lead the warehouse and distribution team to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency within the operations system. You will be responsible for fostering a healthy, supportive work workplace, ensuring daily targets are consistently met, and implementing continuous improvements to internal processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

/n

Oversee all warehousing processes, stock management, inventory control, and delivery fleet vehicles.

/n

Lead and support the warehouse and distribution team within a fast-paced environment.

/n

Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and routine maintenance of warehouse equipment.

/n





Champion workplace safety and OH&S; regulations, ensuring strict staff compliance at all times.

/n

Guarantee efficiency and strict quality control for all inward and outward goods.

/n

Essential Skills & Qualifications

/n

Previous supervisory or managerial experience in warehousing and operations, preferably within a fast-moving environment.

/n

Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage responsibilities, and maintain organizational control.

/n

Proficiency in navigating computer systems essential for modern warehouse management and upkeep.

/n

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues and streamline internal processes.

/n

A proven track record of compliance with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
