What you'll be doing

/n

/n

- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

/n

- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations

/n

- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience

/n

- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

/n

- Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines

/n

- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly

/n

- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor

/n

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

/n/n





What we're looking for

/n

/n

- Current Valid RSA/RCG/ARCG/TAB Compliance certificates

/n

- Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.

/n

- Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week

/n

- Experienced in tab and keno operations

/n

- Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines

/n

- Minimum 1 – 2 years' experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs

/n

- TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)

/n

- Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate

/n

- Please note that this role requires a National Police Check to be conducted by Sonnel Hospitality

/n

- Applicants must have full working rights with no restrictions.
