Nepean Hospitality is a hospitality wholesaler looking for a friendly & energeticperson to join our team on a FULL TIME basis.

We are located in Penrith NSW and service Restaurants, Cafes, Clubs, Hotels, Schools, Aged Care Facilities with their hospitality requirements.

/n

Your role will be to provide our clients with a high standard of customer service, assisting our clients with their enquiries in store, by phone & via email.

/n

In this role you will be required to answer phones, operate our database system, process orders, generate invoices and maintain the presentation of our showroom.

/n

Thisrole involves actively working in our showroom byassisting our customers and maintaining stock levels throughout our showroom.

/n

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and are an enthusiastic team. We're looking for a Junior Sales Assistant who is passionate about retail and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries

/n

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.

/n





- Serve customers in our showroom and handle transactions accurately.

/n

- Keep the showroom tidy and ensure shelves are stocked.

/n

- Help with visual merchandising and store displays.

/n/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems

/n

- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.

/n

- Be able to read and write clearly.

/n

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

/n

- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.

/n

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

/n

You will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.00pm.
