About the Role:

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our new flagship store in The Galeries, Sydney. As a face of Paire, you'll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, while supporting day-to-day store operations and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Provide exceptional customer service and create genuine connections with every shopper.
/n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
/n
- Assist with in-store sales, product restocking, and merchandising.
/n
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
/n
- Support inventory management and stock handling.
/n
- Stay informed on product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
/n
- Work collaboratively with the team and follow direction from Supervisors and the Store Manager.
/n
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays.
/n/n
What We're Looking For:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
/n
- A friendly, approachable attitude and love for helping people.
/n
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holiday periods.
