Job Description

Programmed is looking for Chef to join one of well-known aviation catering service providers, working across Cold/Hot Kitchen in Mascot.

Shift: Morning shift 7am - 3pm, Payrate: $36.93 p/h for AM shift

/n

/n

- Your duties include but are not limited to the following:

/n

- Central Dish Assembling as per approved recipe for economic/business/first class

/n

- Cooking for Airline First Class and Business class's appetizer

/n

- Cold Dish assembling, fruit portioning, cheese cutting, garnish prep

/n

- Special meal prep, VIP charter prep and packing, etc

/n/n

Requirement

/n

/n

- For Chef role, must have min Certificate III in commercial cookery

/n

- Require previous knife handling experience in kitchen

/n

- Experience in bulk cooking enviroment will be highly regarded

/n





- Available to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts).

/n

- Full Australian working rights without hours limit
