About the Role
/n
We're looking for a strategic CFO to join our Executive team at a pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you'll function as a true builder, own financial strategy, strengthen operational discipline, and help scale a high-growth software business across international markets.
This role is ideal for a CFO with robust SaaS experience and a proven track record across M&A;, fundraising, and the metrics that drive smart, sustainable growth.

What You'll Do
/n
Financial Strategy & Executive Leadership
/n
/n
- Own and execute the company's global financial strategy in support of aggressive growth and profitability goals.
/n
- Lead FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple entities and currencies.
/n
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and executive team on performance, capital allocation, and risk.
/n/n
Mergers & Acquisitions
/n
/n
- Build and lead the M&A; strategy, including pipeline development, valuation, deal modeling, due diligence, and integration.
/n
- Oversee post‐acquisition financial integration, ensuring systems, controls, and reporting scale effectively.
/n/n
Fundraising & Investor Relations
/n
/n
- Lead capital strategy across equity, debt, and strategic financing initiatives.
/n
- Own relationships with investors, lenders, and the Board, delivering clear, data‐driven insights and recommendations.
/n/n
Financial Operations & Scalable Infrastructure
/n
/n
- Oversee global accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.
/n
- Strengthen internal controls, revenue recognition, and cash management to support rapid growth.
/n
- Implement scalable financial systems and infrastructure to enable international expansion.
/n/n
Business Partnering & Operational Excellence
/n
/n
- Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to optimize unit economics and drive sustainable growth.
/n
- Lead pricing strategy, monetization models, and key SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, LTV, and retention.
/n
- Champion data‐driven decision‐making and operational KPIs across the organization.

Leadership & Culture
/n
/n
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‐performing global finance team.
/n
- Function as a culture carrier, driving transparency, accountability, and operational rigor across the business.
/n/n
What You Bring
/n
/n
- 10+ years of senior finance leadership, ideally 3–5 years as CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, or similar at a SaaS company.
/n
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential.
/n
- Demonstrated success scaling a technology company through rapid growth, entering new markets, and building global financial infrastructure.
/n
- Deep experience with M&A;, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, and post‐merger integration.
/n
- Experience operating in multi‐entity, multi‐currency environments (U.S., Canada, APAC preferred).
/n
- Experience working with private equity or venture‐backed companies, including managing investor relations.
/n
- Background in healthcare, food service technology, or operational SaaS solutions.
/n
- Ability to travel; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam+ if required).
/n/n
Location

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas TX,
or Cambridge ON office, two days per week. If you're more than an hour away, apply anyway; we're open to discussing options.
