Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules

/n

- Communicate with drivers, transport companies, and customers

/n

- Prepare shipping paperwork and maintain accurate records

/n

- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch

/n

- Handle general enquiries via phone and email

/n/n

What we're looking for:

/n

/n

- Previous administration experience (doesn't have to be in dispatch)

/n

- Good communication and organisational skills

/n

- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

/n

- Experience with systems like Dynamics, Mac Ship, or similar is a bonus, but not essential

/n/n
