The Role

/n

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join a high-performing delivery and quality assurance team.

/n

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the quality, stability, and successful delivery of technology solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in test planning, test execution, defect management, and release assurance activities, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, developers, and delivery leads.

/n

The ideal candidate will bring strong software testing experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record of ensuring solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and validation activities across project and delivery initiatives.

/n

- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.

/n

- Verify delivered solutions meet documented business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

/n

- Execute test scenarios and accurately document test outcomes and evidence.

/n

- Identify, record, track, and support the resolution of defects throughout the delivery lifecycle.

/n

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.

/n

- Assess solution quality, risks, and readiness for deployment.

/n

- Provide test reporting, quality metrics, and status updates to project and delivery teams.

/n

- Contribute to release assurance activities and provide quality sign-off recommendations for deployments.

/n

- Support test data preparation, environment validation, and testing readiness activities.

/n

- Ensure testing artefacts and documentation are maintained in accordance with project and governance standards.

/n

- Participate in defect triage, risk assessments, and quality review activities.

/n

- Collaborate with delivery, technology, and business teams to support successful project outcomes.

/n





- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and quality assurance practices.

What You'll Need

/n

- Experience working as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar quality assurance role.

/n

- Strong experience in test planning, test execution, and validation activities.

/n

- Proven experience verifying solutions against business and technical requirements.

/n

- Strong defect management experience, including defect identification, tracking, reporting, and resolution support.

/n

- Experience producing test plans, test cases, test scripts, test evidence, and test reports.

/n

- Experience supporting release and deployment activities through quality assurance processes.

/n

- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

/n

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

/n

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

/n

- Ability to work effectively across business, project, and technical teams.

/n

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

/n/n

Desirable Skills

/n

/n

- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.

/n

- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Test Rail, or ALM.

/n

- Knowledge of non-functional testing including performance, accessibility, security, or usability testing.

/n

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.

/n

- Understanding of release management and deployment governance processes.

/n

- Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.

/n

- Experience working within regulated or large enterprise environments.

/n/n
