Job Description

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Canberra is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional member experiences, and supervise a multi-department team across Reception, Food & Beverage, Gym, Pool, Crèche and Maintenance.

You will monitor pool chemical safety, oversee opening/closing, and foster a friendly, high-performance culture. Flexible schedule including weekends are required; current First Aid/Resuscitation, RSA, and Pool Lifeguard qualifications are essential.
