About the Role - Our Medical Receptionist

/n

We are excited to be on the hunt for a superstar a full-time Medical Receptionist position within our Patient Services Team, following an internal promotion.

/n

Our Medical Reception team serves as the first point of contact for patients when they arrive for their appointments. We operate a slight different approach by having an on-site dedicated call center, which allows our reception staff to focus exclusively on delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.

/n

Essential to the role will be:

Strong administration skills with attention to detail.

/n

Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks

/n





Passionate about patient care and the patient experience

/n

Ability to learn and adapt to new software, processes and procedures

/n

Experience working autonomously with the ability to self-solve problems

/n

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

/n

Excellent phone manner and ability to multitask

/n

Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

/n

Medical reception / administration / customer service background desirable
