Southside-based Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Clinic (single doctor)

Sunnybank and Greenslopes (14 to 18 hours)

Qualifications & Experience

/n

/n

- Minimum of 1 year experience in private specialist clinics or a similar role

/n

- Competency in Genie patient record management system and Eclipse billing is an advantage

/n

- Working knowledge of Medicare and Private Health Fund billing protocols

/n

- Good working knowledge of spoken and written English

/n

- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service through excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Calm, polite, empathetic and skilled demeanor

/n

- Ability to multitask and work autonomously and also as a team member to share duties and tasks

/n





- Ability to problem-solve and learn on the job

/n

- Excellent attention to details

Tasks & Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Answering calls, appointment scheduling, data entry and medical record management (filing/scanning)

/n

- Liaising with hospitals and patients - organising surgery quotes, theatre bookings and respond to potential patient enquiries (over the phone and emails)

/n

- Invoicing and receipting payments (EFTPOS, Genie & Eclipse)

/n

- Maintain office in a tidy fashion

/n

- Ordering medical supplies
