Sci-Fleet Motorsis a family-owned business that has been servicing South East QLD for over 40 years. Employing over 550 staff, Sci-Fleet has multiple Toyota, Lexus and Hino dealerships spanning across South East QLD which look after all aspects of motoring including Parts, Service, Finance, and Insurance.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to be our Service Receptionist at our Taringa Dealership.

/n

The role involves the following duties:

/n

handle all incoming calls in a friendly and productive manner

/n

create and manage appointment bookings (phone/online/in person)

/n

ensure all mail is distributed correctly

/n

prepare, manage, and close off Repair Orders noting customers requirements and requests

/n

order stationery and supplies

/n

assist guests with loan vehicle agreements, and

/n

ensure customer waiting areas are kept neat and tidy

/n





The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a service and/or customer relations role and must posses the following:

/n

ability to multi-task

/n

be a team player but still work autonomously

/n

The working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday starting at 7.00am to 3.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
