About the role

/n

We are looking for a Full-time Sales & Operation Assistant to join our Brisbane showroom team.
/n In this customer-facing role, you will guide clients through one of the most exciting and
/n meaningful purchases of their lives – from engagement rings to fine jewellery. You will be
/n part of a tight-knit team, delivering personalised, high-quality service and ensuring every

/n client's experience is exceptional from start to finish.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Conduct in-person client consultations in the showroom, offering tailored product recommendations

/n

- Assist clients in selecting engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery

/n

- Educate customers on lab-grown diamonds and ring styles (full training provided)

/n

- Handle sales transactions and process orders with accuracy and care

/n

- Manage all aspects of shipping, including both inbound and outbound logistics

/n





- Oversee the receipt and processing of diamond inventory with meticulous attention to detail

/n

- Maintain showroom presentation and assist with inventory checks and restocking

/n

- Build strong relationships with both new and returning customers

/n

- Assist the Operations team with a range of administrative duties, including updating order information, managing email correspondence, maintaining filing systems, managing records, and other support tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations

About You:

/n

- Passionate about customer service and sales

/n

- Professional, warm, and confident in a client-facing environment

/n

- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

/n

- Reliable, proactive, and well-presented

/n

- Sales or retail experience (minimum 1 year) preferred – jewellery or luxury retail experience is a plus

/n

- Eager to learn about diamonds and jewellery – we provide full training!

/n

- Available to work weekends and public holidays as required

/n/n
