As part of our Business Consulting Services division, this leadership role drives exceptional client service in the preparation of financial statements, business improvements and tax strategies.

/n

Reporting to one of our Partners or Directors, you will actively partner with clients to reach their potential and manage a team of up to four senior accountants.

/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Lead and manage a team of up to four accountants.

/n

- Develop client relationships with a diverse group of clients.

/n

- Provide proactive and tailored business and strategic tax advice.

/n

- Review financial and tax returns for a variety of structures.

/n

- Perform financial modelling, analysis, budgeting and forecasts.

/n/n

Qualifications & Experience

/n

/n

- Completed CA or CPA.

/n

- At least 6 years of tax and business services experience in an Australian accounting practice.

/n

- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

/n

- Excellent English skills, both written and oral.

/n





- Experience in strategic tax advice and tax planning.

/n

- Experience with clients in the property and construction, transport and wine industries an advantage.
