About the Role:

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities while managing and growing existing corporate, conference, catering and group accounts.

This is a highly autonomous role suited to a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and achieving commercial targets. You will proactively generate new business through networking, client meetings, site inspections, industry events and strategic account management activities.

Working closely with revenue, events and operational teams, you will develop and execute sales strategies that maximise hotel revenue while delivering exceptional client experiences from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build a strong sales pipeline, convert opportunities and consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Proven sales experience within the hotel, hospitality or accommodation sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate, conference, group and MICE business development.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and secure new business opportunities.




- Excellent relationship-building, communication and account management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
