We're working with a specialist Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Informatica consulting firm with 30+ certified professionals and over 100 combined years of experience delivering outcome-driven digital transformation across both private and public sectors. This is a business with serious technical credentials and a strong footprint in government delivery across Australia.

The Engagement

This role sits within a specialist Salesforce delivery team embedded in office at a major NSW Government client in Sydney. The program centres on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and represents one of the more complex government Salesforce engagements currently underway in NSW. You will be a core hands-on contributor working closely with a Salesforce Lead and client stakeholders to deliver and maintain solutions across a structured public sector environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions product suite
- Building across Apex, LWC, flows, custom objects, and integrations
- Translating requirements into scalable technical designs alongside the Lead and client stakeholders
- Contributing to code reviews and upholding development standards across the team
- Managing deployments via Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines
- Working within NSW Government compliance, data governance,



and security frameworks
- Supporting testing, UAT, and post-go-live stabilisation activities

What You'll Bring

Essential

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions - non-negotiable
- Proven delivery track record within a government or public sector environment - non-negotiable
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certified (minimum)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Highly Desirable

- Experience with Government Cloud or Salesforce Shield
- MuleSoft integration exposure
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Administrator, etc.)
- Experience working within agile delivery frameworks in government
