Our client is a well-established public practice accounting firm based in South Perth, known for delivering high-quality tax, accounting and business advisory services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant / Assistant Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically solid public practice accountant to work closely with the Partners, providing expert tax advice, reviewing work, mentoring staff and supporting a diverse client portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

- Providing technical advice across business and tax structuring
- Trust taxation
- Division 7A, CGT, GST, FBT and tax planning
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Reviewing work prior to Partner sign-off
- Supporting advisory projects, restructures and ATO audits
- Mentoring junior team members and delivering technical guidance
- Building strong client relationships

What you'll need:





- 7+ years' Australian public practice accounting experience
- CA or CPA qualified (CTA highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full working rights in Australia
