This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing technical product advice and supporting customers with quotes, orders and project enquiries in a fast-paced branch environment.

Position

As part of a close-knit and experienced team, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Managing inbound sales enquiries from contractors and trade customers
- Providing product advice and technical support
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting account managers and branch operations
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales across existing accounts
- Working closely with suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met

Experience

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in:

- Electrical Wholesale Internal Sales
- Trade Counter Sales
- Customer Service within the Electrical Industry
- Account Management Support




- Electrical Distribution

You will be customer-focused, commercially minded and enjoy working in a team environment where service and relationship building are highly valued.
