About the role:
Reporting to the Sales Team and Directors, you'll provide end-to-end administrative and marketing support across the sales process. From preparing listing presentations and coordinating marketing campaigns through to auction administration and contract management, you'll be the backbone of a busy and successful sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare listing presentations, pre-list kits, agency agreements and sales documentation
- Coordinate all property marketing including photography, floorplans, copywriting, signboards, brochures and online advertising
- Upload and manage listings across REA, Domain and internal systems
- Liaise with solicitors, vendors, buyers and suppliers to ensure a smooth sales process
- Coordinate auction administration, property files and auction results
- Create marketing material for agents and assist with social media campaigns
- Attend auctions, buyer appointments and mid-week open homes when required
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Marketing role within residential real estate
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Campaigntrack, LockedOn, RP Data, REA and Domain
- Confident managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
