Executive Officer opportunity in prominent State Government South of River

Your new role
Provide executive support to the Chief Finance Officer and Executive Manager Coordinate and quality assure ministerial, parliamentary and executive correspondence
Manage executive and ministerial mailboxes and monitor outstanding actions
Liaise with senior executives and stakeholders to coordinate responses and priorities
Monitor timelines and negotiate deadlines across the Division
Undertake research and analysis to support planning and reporting activities
Prepare reports, briefing materials and business documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and business processes
Assist with projects and divisional priorities as required

What you'll need to succeed




Experience providing executive support to senior leaders within a complex organisation Strong experience coordinating ministerial, parliamentary or executive correspondence
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality documents
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Well-developed research, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to exercise sound judgement and manage sensitive information confidentially
