A Family run office furniture manufacturer located in Loganholme 4129, manufacturing a wide variety of melamine and laminated office furniture.

About the role
In this role, you will play a key role on overseeing both production and on-site operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality custom cabinetry projects from start to finish. The role would initially be a 6 month contract role to begin with a look to it becoming a permeant role.

Key Responsibilities for the role
* Responsible for the quoting, estimating and ordering of materials for custom jobs
* Providing the details of jobs won to the wider team

Skills & experience
* Qualified Cabinet Maker
* Experience in the field of melamine joinery, whether it be from Office furniture, shop fitting, or kitchen manufacture
* Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret precise measurement and specifications
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Must have an eye for detail and be able to produce high quality work




* Ability and willingness to supervise and mentor apprentices
* Saw bench experience
* Edgebander experience
* CNC experience
* Sound knowledge of hardware and ordering would be an advantage
* Experience with SCM Morbidelli 200 nesting machine advantageous

Benefits
All in shed work, no travel required to site. Regular hours Monday to Thursday 7am -3.30pm and Friday 7am -1pm. Possibility of part time hours or full time hours for the right candidate
