The opportunity to join a hyper-growth, market leading Consumer brand & the #1 in their category, to drive, develop & execute online growth strategies and manage end to end Online trading.

The Role:
This is a high-impact, highly strategic role to join a business that is genuinely changing their customers' lives with their product offering. You'll work directly alongside the Senior Leadership Team, taking ownership of Online Trading, building on incredible YoY results & working across a number of international markets.
You'll have a highly technical focus in a Shopify stack, building out new feature enhancement projects, onsite merchandising & delivering a solid customer journey, working within a tight-knit, super high performing team of technical Marketers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- A solid background in backend eCommerce roles, with a strong track record of delivering solid online growth
- Deep, hands on experience in the Shopify stack, with solid reporting experience & the ability to identify & present key trends, that will shape decision making
- Previous experience in owning the full CRO strategy, delivering feature enhancements projects & new development projects
- Previous experience with working alongside either internal or external Developers,



maximising relationships & owning project delivery
- Hands-on experience with data segmentation, automations, personalisation & flow-builds would be super advantageous
- A strong cross-functional working style and ability to influence & help shape activity across Marketing, Brand & CRM
- A track record of delivering high-performing campaigns, increased traffic & conversion rates
