Insurance Supervisor & Estimator

With a strong pipeline of insurance work secured through leading insurers and loss adjusters, this business continues to experience sustained growth and is now seeking an experienced Insurance Estimator / Supervisor to join their Brisbane team.

Your new role

Working in a hybrid capacity, you will be responsible for both estimating and supervising insurance rectification projects from assessment through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting site inspections and preparing detailed repair scopes.
- Producing accurate estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
- Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and homeowners.
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades throughout project delivery.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously across residential and commercial assets.
- Monitoring project budgets, timelines and quality standards.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and QBCC regulations.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims and repair process.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in insurance building, restoration or remedial construction.




- Strong estimating experience with the ability to prepare detailed repair scopes and costings.
- Site supervision or project delivery experience within insurance repairs, maintenance or residential construction.
- Sound understanding of building codes, construction methods and insurance claim processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- QBCC Supervisor Licence or Builder Licence required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
