Your new role
As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform transformation project. Working within an Agile delivery environment, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing activities across Microsoft business applications, integrations, and digital workflows. Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end testing of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Performing API testing using Postman to validate integrations and data flows.
- Executing SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Designing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, EasyRepro, or Cypress.
- Validating business workflows, security roles, and data integrity across systems.
- Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and the Test Manager.
- Managing defects and test artefacts through Azure DevOps and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Robust hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate,



Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Expertise in API testing using Postman, including REST and OData APIs.
- Experience testing system integrations between Microsoft platforms and external applications.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Practical experience with automation tools such as Selenium, EasyRepro, Cypress, or similar.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent test management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- ISTQB and/or Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded.
