YOUR NEW ROLE

As the VIP team leader HEADING up a common law personal injury practice (medical negligence, public liability, intentional torts) and leading/mentoring 8-10, reporting to the partners and GM, you will love the multi-dimensional challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of:

- Actively fighting to do justice for your plaintiff clients relating to med neg, public liability and/or intentional tort claims ( autonomously managing some of your own files & clients );
- Train/mentor/lead/performance manage lawyers and support staff in your team; and
- Engage in business development/marketing activities to grow your practice with full support(mainly liaising with the firm’s sales/marketing staff).

- are a talented senior common law personal injury solicitor with experience in at least 1 or more of: 1) medical negligence; 2) public liability; and/or 3) intentional torts;
