About the Role

As Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions while ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Presenting finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers

- Structuring competitive finance packages

- Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and suppliers

- Ensuring all deals are compliant and accurately processed

- Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities

- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager (or strong F&I; background)





- Strong closing skills and ability to maximise penetration rates

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- High level of organisation and attention to detail

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- Knowledge of compliance and lending requirements
