Are you an energetic people person with a passion for customer service, tourism, and hospitality? We are looking for a Visitor Experience & Tour Guide to join our team and help create memorable experiences for guests through engaging tours, exceptional service, and hands-on operational support.

About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional visitor experiences while supporting the day-to-day operation of the site. This role requires a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and can work effectively with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative tours that create memorable visitor experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with guests
- Assist with ticket sales, retail sales, and bar service
- Support the delivery of onsite events and visitor activities
- Maintain compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards
- Contribute to visitation, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain presentation standards through general cleaning and site upkeep
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate key information to visitors
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality,
tourism, retail, or a customer-facing role
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, confident, and engaging personality
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a roster across 3 to 5 days per week
