Key responsibilities:
– Improve the stability, performance and resilience of critical platforms
– Work with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and customer experience
– Build automation solutions

– Support incident management activities and troubleshoot production issues
– Champion best practices across monitoring, observability and platform operations

What you’ll bring;
– Previous experience working in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering
– Robust understanding of AWS & GCP
– Experience automating operational processes and improving platform efficiency
– Ability to diagnose and resolve challenges in production environments
– Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability tools
