Truganina | Day & Afternoon Shifts | Ongoing Work
Join the team at Super Retail Group, one of Australasia’s leading retailers and home to some of Australia’s most recognised brands, including rebel, BCF, Macpac and Supercheap Auto.
We are currently looking for experienced Voice Pickers, Pick Packers and Warehouse Workers to join the team at SRG’s modern Truganina Distribution Centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work in a state-of-the-art warehouse, featuring advanced automation technology for decanting and picking stock.
What’s on offer
- Day Shift – $34+ per hour (pay rise after 3 months of training)
- Afternoon Shift – $38+ per hour (pay rise after 3 months of training)

Your duties may include
- Voice picking
- RF scanning
- Operating electric tuggers
- Working with automated picking and decanting systems
- Pick packing and order preparation
- Wrapping and preparing pallets
- Manual handling
- General warehouse duties
What we’re looking for
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
- Voice picking experience – essential
- RF scanning experience – essential
- Electric tugger experience – essential
- Strong pick packing experience
- Valuable literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A reliable attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced,
KPI-driven environment
