We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant enterprise-wide Document Management System (DMS) transformation project within a large and complex organisation.

This is a critical role responsible for driving the planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of a strategic initiative that will enhance information management capabilities across the organisation. The successful candidate will build upon work completed to date and lead the expansion of document management solutions across multiple business areas.

About the Role:
Reporting to senior technology leadership, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, budget, and timeframes.
You will work closely with executives, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical teams, vendors, and governance boards to deliver a solution that supports organisational objectives and enhances business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of a high-profile Document Management System project from planning through to implementation.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements.
- Apply best-practice project management methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including risk, business continuity, disaster recovery, and performance management processes.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
- Engage and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, project boards, and project teams.
- Support contract and vendor management activities, including service performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Drive organisational change and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
- Foster collaborative working relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
- Lead and mentor project team members, promoting knowledge sharing and high performance.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT or digital transformation projects within large organisations.




- Previous experience leading Document Management System, Records Management, Information Management, or Enterprise Content Management projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Proven experience establishing effective project governance frameworks.
- Strong vendor and contract management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent will be highly regarded.
