Are you a Clinical Lead looking for a rewarding prospect with a professional and dedicated team? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to progress your career, supporting our Clinical Manager with the planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical care.

If you are passionate about making a difference in aged care and have a positive understanding of the Aged Care Quality standards then this is a fantastic opportunity to join our leadership team at St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff. In this role, you will focus on improving clinical care, ensuring statutory regulations, policies, standards and procedures are adhered to across the facility.

St Vincent's Care Services Edgecliff is just 4km east of Sydney's city centre. Our small but homey 39 bed facility is located in a tranquil, leafy suburb within walking distance of public transport.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity from Tuesday to Saturday. Flexible start and finish times.

Things that work for us:

Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience as an RN in aged care, with a passion for person centred, holistic care.

Strong leadership skills with a passion for continual improvement and ongoing education.

Good understanding of the Aged Care standards with a strong commitment to compliance.





Demonstrated collaborative leadership style

High level of customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Ability to follow directives as per care plan

Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check will be required.

NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
