The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property Lawyer to join their busy Property and Commercial team.
You will work directly with the partners and be an important point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Development Projects: Assisting with large-scale master-planned residential, commercial, and industrial developments, including structured acquisitions, joint ventures, and options.
- Commercial & Retail Leasing: Acting for major landlords, public sector clients, and tenants on complex leasing structures.
- High-Volume Transactions: Managing end-to-end off-the-plan residential and boutique commercial conveyancing matters.
About You
Our client is looking for a practical,
solution-oriented lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to sharpen their commercial edge. Ideally, you have:
- 2 years plus pae to Senior Associate level specializing in Property Law (or a robust commercial mix with a property focus).
- Proven experience handling commercial leasing, property acquisitions, and development matters.
- A proactive and commercial mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the capability to manage direct, face-to-face client relationships with confidence.
