This represents an outstanding opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD. This firm has been in operation for 30+ years and are well known in the industry. The firm boasts an incredible client list.

POSITION

Due to growth and future succession planning, the position of Director has been created. The successful candidate will work with one of the existing partners who will transition their client relationships.

The role will also involve:

- Manage a fee portfolio
- Manage and mentor a small team
- Tax compliance and high level advisory
- Attend networking events to promote the firm's brand

CANDIDATE

- CA/CPA Qualified
- 10+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
- Outstanding client relationship management experience
- Strong technical ability
- Great leadership skills
- An interest in progressing to partnership
- An ability to conduct current business development
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
