For an ENT Specialist, this role provides the perfect balance of clinical variety, professional growth,
and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in communities that deeply appreciate access to high-quality healthcare. Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient care, outreach clinics, and the delivery of both elective and emergency Ear, Nose and Throat surgical services.
About your new role:
In your new role you will……
- Provide high-level clinical consultation and expert advice to internal and external agencies, contributing to best-practice healthcare delivery and service development across the health sector.
- This provides clinical leadership through the supervision, mentoring and development of junior medical staff and other staff involved in procedural services.
- Undertake and support teaching, training and educational responsibilities to promote clinical excellence and workforce development within the specialty.
As a Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service employee, not only will you receive a competitive base salary (total remuneration):
- Salary up to $281 545 per annum full time (L25 – L27)
Remuneration up to $486, 948 per annum full time (L25 – L27) or,
- Salary up to $257 932 per annum full time (L18 – L24)
Remuneration up to $445, 335 per annum full time (L18 – L24)
