THE ROLE

The Senior ICT Project Coordinator will work across a broad range of ICT projects designed to deliver system enhancements aligned with the Social services Regulator's (SSR's) strategic direction and operational service delivery priorities.

Under the support and direction of the Systems and Business Intelligence Manager, this role will coordinate ICT projects and associated change management support and be responsible for writing technical requirements documents, workflows, processes and procedures.

The SSR uses a risk-based intelligence led approach to protect the safety and rights of children, young people and adults experiencing vulnerability.

Applicants should have strong written skills, an ability to apply big picture strategic thinking to detailed project task allocation, requirements gathering, sound time management skills, and be highly team-oriented.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Develop and maintain project management documents such as project schedules, business scope statements, project plans and business processes.
- Coordinate, prepare, attend and minute stakeholder ICT Project governance committees and working groups




- Meet with project stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
- Coordinate the delivery of training and information sessions for ICT projects and systems
- Oversee the full life cycle of SSR ICT projects to meet organisational objectives
