Temporary Role | Onsite 5 Days | Global University

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Buildings and Property team on a temporary basis until end of Jan 2027

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, where you are first point of contact for internal and external clients and works to resolve customer service issues on behalf of the Division. This support is extended to emergency response activities, maintenance and minor works requests, security and parking, and ad-hoc project support.

About You
You'll be a confident and organised Customer Service/Contact Centre administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced, customer-focused environment. You will bring:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and internet-based systems
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team




- The ability to quickly learn current systems, including Facilities Management software
- Previous administrative experience and relevant qualifications, or equivalent experience
