Join the Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services (RMH MHS) and provide high-quality administrative support across the Inner West Area Mental Health Service.
You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support the day-to-day delivery of our specialist mental health services, providing administrative, reception, customer service and data support. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, build your skills and contribute to a service focused on person-centred, recovery-oriented care.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support across Mental Health Services.
- Provide professional customer service and front-of-house reception support.
- Complete accurate and timely data entry, records and administrative processes.
- Operate and maintain computerised health information systems.
- Support clinicians and teams with day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Provide administrative support to meet relevant statutory and government reporting obligations.
- Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, clinicians and other stakeholders.

- Experience working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work confidently both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.

- Well-organised and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
