Founding Business Development Manager, Corporate & Promotional Products

Rollink makes the world's slimmest folding suitcase, sold in dozens of countries. In Australia and New Zealand we hold the exclusive distribution rights, and right now our corporate and promotional products channel is basically untapped. That's where you come in.

We're looking for one person to build this channel from scratch and run it. You'll come from inside the promotional products or corporate gifting industry, and you'll bring the relationships and know how that we don't currently have.

What you'll do

- Work out the right channel strategy for this market, whether that's through distributors, direct to corporates, or a mix of both

- Set up and manage trade accounts with promotional product distributors across Australia and New Zealand

- Put together trade pricing, co branding options and minimum order quantities that make sense for the industry





- Represent Rollink at APPA events and trade shows

- Land the first big corporate accounts and turn them into case studies we can build on

Who we're looking for

- At least 5 years working in the Australian and Current Zealand promotional products or corporate gifting industry, either on the supplier or distributor side

- A genuine network of contacts. Distributors, corporate buyers, decorators, people who will actually pick up the phone when you call

- Someone who wants to own and build something, not just manage an existing book of clients

- Bonus if you've helped launch a current brand or category into this market before

What's on offer

You'll be building a channel for a global brand from the ground floor, with a patented product, local stock already on hand, and none of the internal politics that come with a bigger company. You'll deal directly with ownership, and decisions get made quickly.
