This is a hybrid role with the autonomy to own your territory, build trusted referral networks, and shape the next phase of growth for an organisation that puts participants at the centre of everything it does.
What's in it for you:
- $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Incentives based on experience
- Full-time role with hybrid flexibility — mix of WFH, client-facing and office days
- Autonomy to own your patch — build and manage your Sydney Metro territory
- Work directly with senior leadership, with real input into growth strategy
- Genuine career progression as the organisation scales
- Supportive, values-driven culture — join a team that celebrates wins and backs each other
- Purpose-driven work — every partnership you build creates real impact for NDIS participants and their families
- Up-to-date tools and marketing support to help you build your pipeline and brand presence
About the role
- Build and manage a strong referral network across support coordinators, LACs, plan managers and other key sector stakeholders
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow participant numbers across Sydney Metro
- Represent the organisation at industry events, expos, and community forums
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
- Support participants and families through a smooth, person-centred onboarding journey
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS framework, pricing arrangements and sector developments
- Report on pipeline, growth metrics and market opportunities to leadership
About you
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management — ideally within NDIS, disability, aged care or community services
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and participant journey
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable managing your pipeline
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally at all levels
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), Working with Children Check and driver's licence
- Lived experience of disability is highly regarded but not essential
If you're a driven BDM who wants their work to mean something beyond the numbers, we'd love to hear from you.
